A modern SaaS solution for connecting healthcare workers with open shifts, increasing reach and reducing costs for healthcare providers.
HELSINKI, 16 December 2025 — PubliX Group has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Koivu Solutions Oy, the Finnish company behind Sotender, a mobile-first platform that connects healthcare workers with open shifts and reduces reliance on staffing agencies. At the time of the announcement, Sotender had more than 27,000 users in Finland, with its first Swedish implementation underway.
The results are public: the wellbeing services county of Ostrobothnia has reported annual savings of more than EUR 7 million, with 96.7 per cent of open shifts booked through Sotender.

Koivu Solutions, founded in 2017, continues as an independent company within the group: same team, same brand. The current owners continue in operational roles and reinvest a significant portion of the proceeds to become PubliX shareholders.
