Strengthening digital care solutions in the Nordics — Tidvis develops platforms for social services, helping municipalities manage case work and compliance.
STOCKHOLM, 25 August 2025 — PubliX Group has acquired Tidvis, its first portfolio company. Tidvis, founded in 2012, provides an integrated business system for the Swedish social care sector, serving personal assistance providers and organisations working under LSS.
The platform gathers the daily operations of a care provider in one system — scheduling, time reporting, payroll, documentation, CRM, quality management and recruitment — and holds a market-leading position of around 25 per cent of Sweden's private personal assistance market.
