Ready to scale but missing some pieces?

You built it. We help you grow it further.

You've built a great company. You know your market, your customers and your organisation better than anyone.

What changes is what's around you. The barriers that have held you back — a local market, technical debt, lack of AI capability, doing everything yourself — those start to disappear. PubliX gives you the resources, the network, and the community to take the next step.

We're not a fund with a countdown clock. We're a permanent owner — backed by Aspira Partners, who share our long-term conviction. Your next chapter starts here, and there's no artificial end date.

What does joining PubliX actually mean?

A permanent home, real AI, and shared customers

What do founders who joined say?

Don't take our word for it

We chose PubliX specifically because we believe in the public sector as a market for players like us. In PubliX we've found a context with a clear market focus, where together we grow stronger and can build something stable and lasting for the future.

Co-Founder & CEO, digiPlant

My father founded the company 35 years ago and served as CEO ever since, so ensuring a smooth succession was our priority. PubliX is bringing in a CTO we couldn't have hired ourselves, along with the knowledge and new ideas to modernise our product with AI.

Founders, Aspicore

One important reason for us to join PubliX was to expand into Sweden and other markets. Through discussions with the other PubliX CEOs, they've already introduced us to municipalities and regions in Sweden — and now we're planning our next market.

What does the journey look like?

From first call to day one in 3–5 months

No surprises, no hidden agendas. Here’s exactly what happens, step by step.

First conversation

1. First conversation

~1 hour

A relaxed, confidential conversation between you and our leadership. No PowerPoints, no pressure. We want to understand your company, your journey and what you’re thinking about. You’ll get a clear sense of who we are and how we work.

Getting to know each other

2. Getting to know each other

2–4 weeks

We sign a mutual NDA and start learning about your business in more depth — financials, customers, product, team. You learn more about us. This is a two-way evaluation, and we take it seriously.

Value creation plan

3. Value creation plan & indicative offer

~2 weeks

We present a tailored value creation plan — how your company could scale through new markets, shared customers, AI capabilities and reduced technical debt as part of PubliX. Alongside it, you receive an indicative offer with transparent valuation methodology. No complex structures.

Due diligence

4. Due diligence

4–8 weeks

A structured process where we verify the details together. We use experienced advisors and keep the process respectful of your time. Most founders say this is where they realised we were different — we treat DD as collaboration, not interrogation.

Welcome to PubliX

5. Welcome to PubliX

Day one

You join a group of founder-led companies building for the public good. Your brand and your office stay. What changes: you get shared AI capabilities, AI automation of internal processes, cross-selling opportunities, and colleagues who understand your market.

Still have questions?

We believe in full transparency

Yes. Your brand and identity are part of what makes your company valuable — we don't merge brands or fold you into a faceless group. You keep your name, your identity, and your place in the market.

No. Product decisions stay with you and your team. We’ll offer AI capabilities, engineering support, and strategic input — but the roadmap is yours. We’re operators, not product managers.

Typically 3–5 months from first conversation to close. We don’t rush, but we don’t drag things out either. The timeline depends largely on due diligence complexity and your own readiness.

We use a transparent, market-based methodology that considers recurring revenue, growth trajectory, market position, customer quality and team strength. You’ll see the full model — no black boxes. We present our valuation in person so you can challenge every assumption.

"You cannot separate the technical reality of a built and maintained system from the team that built it — they have to be judged as one unit. That's why we at PubliX respect the team and the culture that created and maintained it."
