Bleau is the Danish company behind moliri โ€” the platform municipalities use to publish information citizens can actually use.

A municipality's website is where people renew a permit, find a school place, or read what to do when the water is off. Every page has to be right and readable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, and the text comes from across the organisation, written by people whose job is care, planning or waste collection. moliri checks the page as it is written, before it is published.

22 of Denmark's 98 municipalities publish their citizen information through moliri, and 35 social housing organisations use the NemBolig version to reach residents. Utilities and transport operators use it too. Bleau has been building for these buyers since 2008.

Bleau is our sixth company and our first in Denmark, alongside three in Sweden and two in Finland. Bleau stays Bleau: same name, same team, same product plan, and customers keep the agreements they have. Robert Filtenborg continues as CEO and Peter Terkildsen as CTO. PubliX adds capital to grow with, and group support on international growth, public procurement, security and compliance, pricing and AI.

"Denmark has been on our list since we set the acquisition strategy, and Bleau is the company I really wanted in it," said Alexander Hรผbel, Group CEO of PubliX Group. "Robert and Peter have built a business that municipalities trust with their most important communication. That is what we are buying, and something we certainly intend to preserve โ€” and grow."

"By choosing PubliX Group we have made sure that Bleau remains Bleau," said Robert Filtenborg, CEO of Bleau A/S. "Our strategy and development plans for moliri are unchanged. The difference is that we now have greater strength to grow, nationally and internationally."
