Bleau, the Aarhus company behind the SaaS platform moliri โ€” a market leader in CMS providing secure, targeted and compliant communication for the public sector โ€” becomes the sixth company in PubliX Group and its first in Denmark.

PubliX Group has acquired Bleau A/S, the Danish software company behind moliri, used by Danish municipalities, and NemBolig, used by social housing organisations. The transaction completed on 31 August 2026, with Bleau becoming the group's sixth company and its first in Denmark, alongside three companies in Sweden and two in Finland.

Founders Robert Filtenborg and Peter Terkildsen remain as CEO and CTO of Bleau. Bleau keeps its name, its management, its team and its core customer focus.

"Denmark has been on our list since we set the acquisition strategy, and Bleau is the company I really wanted in it," said Alexander Hรผbel, Group CEO of PubliX Group. "Robert and Peter have built a business that municipalities trust with their most important communication. That is what we are buying, and something we certainly intend to preserve โ€” and grow."

"By choosing PubliX Group we have made sure that Bleau remains Bleau," said Robert Filtenborg, CEO of Bleau A/S. "Our strategy and development plans for moliri are unchanged. The difference is that we now have greater strength to grow, nationally and internationally."

Bleau gains sister companies with standing customer relationships in the Swedish and Finnish public sector, and the group's central team works with each company on public procurement, IT security and compliance, growth and AI.
